We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind or a change in personal circumstances once they have been processed, except where required by applicable South African consumer law.

If we are unable to fulfil your order within our advertised delivery timeframe, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
